Swiftwick - an apparel brand based out of Nashville, TN - approached me in Spring of 2022 to create a mixed set of hiking and trail running images in the snow. Spring snow in Colorado is notoriously fickle and hard to predict; this necessitated a location high in the mountains where late-season snow was more likely. I scouted a few locations before settling on one with a diverse range of appearances and a high likelihood of snow. The 10,000' elevation meant that on the day of the shoot we were blessed with a few passing snow showers. We came away with a remarkably diverse set of images. Here are some of the final selects:
